This is very sad to hear that our favourite subject specialists which we call as scientists does not want to stay in our country and but want to work for the other country. Its worthless to call them TALENTLESS. They are full of talent and curiosity but there are some of reasons which are responsible for this.
Firstly, lets talk about our future scientists means students, our Indian science college conditions are such that student don’t want to study here as the excess or majority learning is rote learning. People don’t look at your skills in exam but they look at how you remember things, what is your capacity to get answer remembered. Exhausted from this condition they go abroad to study and live a settle life there.
The 2nd reason for this is the salary of a normal research scientist. In India the salary is just 40000 a month. You can check it also on Google. Tell me, how is it that fair that a person who study as hard as he or she can to become a scientist and after that end up in a salary of 40000 to 50000. So there are certain sectors in which the Indian government should look at and need to improve it quickly as possible. Because it is the time of development and we do not compromise our talents with the lack of salaries.
