First life form on our earth like bacteria and viruses etc. are invertebrate animals which does not have spine. After that, through evolutionary process the organisms had spine. When we go to another next level we would see spine grows with a tail and a head. The head of this spine is what we called brain. If brain exists then obviously there are more advance level of thoughts, emotions etc. So there are mainly two types by which we humans exists with our brain. There are two demand of brain one is security the second one is food. We take another one as blissfulness of brain. So, we have 3 demands of our brain. We would see even today that these 3 elements are most important aspect of life today for which every human being or animal also tries to compete with other organisms as well for the sake of just three things. So let’s continue our scientific fun. If brain have thoughts like if brain gives the instruction that the body wants food then it find tools to how to get the desire food for survival. In this way, our senses evolve(touch, sight, hearing, smell, taste) . When evolution process goes to its extreme stage the minds have emense amount of thoughts, desires etc in span of seconds. And when these desires overcome the brain then our brain gives instruction to body that how to fulfill these desires. That’s how our senses imbalance sometimes. For example, the junk food, junk food gives dopamine(happiness hormone) rush to our brain and after that it wants the junk food many times for another dopamine rush and in this way our sense of taste imbalances. Just like that our all senses imbalance when we cross its limitations. But meditation in some way control our thoughts as well as our senses perfectly. And Adiyogi was the first person to control mind and senses and then give instructions to whole world of mediators to how to make yourself a part of shiva.
