Try to sleep at different times let’s say you sleep at 10.00 P. M everyday. Do you able to sleep at 12.00 or 9.00 P. M as faster as you slept at 10.00 P. M? No you won’t. Because we have a specific sleep cycle which is determined by our routinely sleep. You may wonder what force us to sleep at only one time everyday? What’s the reason behind it? So there are mainly 2 factors which causes us to sleep or which are responsible for sleep cycle. The most important is Melatonin hormone which is produced by our brain. Our brain as a signal produce this hormone and our body react to this hormone by sleeping. This is how we sleep everyday. Due to our routine, our mind can decide that at which time it had to release this hormone.
The 2nd reason is played by the environment. You feel that when you sleep at your own room there is no problem with sleeping but when you go to any different home you would face a problem for sleeping. Because our mind also had decided what is most suitable environment for you sleep by your daily routine.
