What is kundalini? SCIENTIFIC EXPLANATION

It is I think one of the most trending word 😂in this changing world. So what is kundalini. Let’s get fall into this deep topic.

In human body there are so called seven power stations known as CHAKRAS

1-CROWN CHAKRA

2- THIRD EYE CHAKRA

3- THROAT CHAKRA

4- HEART CHAKRA

5- SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA

6- SACRAL CHAKRA

7- ROOT CHAKRA

First of all you have to understand that our mind has certain illusionary filters which refuse us to look, hear, behave as same as the higher dimension beings (Devtas). When kundalini rises it opens up these features and enable us to be like higher beings. Kundalini is associated with our spine(मेरुदंड) It starts from the root chakra and by stages reach to the uppermost the crown chakra and if this process completes then you win the competition but if you leave it to the 2 or 3 stage it can be as dangerous as you never thought it may be because at that moment there is sudden downfall of all energies level of our body which can be sometimes death related issues as kundalini is a very important and sensitive part of the body.

What happens when kundalini rises?

There are symptoms like seeing a different thing from others, hearing a different thing from others, behave differently from others or things which are abnormal, can be identified in a person who raised its kundalini

How I can raise it😂

So there are certain yogic practices, mentally and physically both, which can be done to raise it like hatha yoga, extreme level of meditation etc. which can be done to raise kundalini but the conscious aim is not to be raise it but something else. Like if I am doing hatha yoga my aim should be to how to better myself and reach to God not for the sake to raise kundalini.

There are infinite number of advantages of this as well.
