You and me are fully aware of the delirious taste of coconut water or coconut milk. But question is how the coconuts stayed at the height of 50-60 feet get water. So firstly the thick and dense roots of the tree absorbs the water from the ground and then the water is transported to every part of tree. In this process(osmosis) some amount of water is fall in to the harsh coconuts which is known as endosperm but later the cream arises at the wall of coconut and the middle part is now as endosperm which we used to drink.
